Have you ever watched a Christmas movie with a predictable ending? I'm sure you probably have. Unfortunately, I have to start off by admitting that this movie was very predictable. So if you are looking for something out of the ordinary, then this isn't for you. That being said, THIS WAS A GREAT MOVIE! It is refreshing to see great family movies like this being produced.
The message was great. It basically was about a broken family who find love and forgiveness. It was entertaining. Funny. Witty. And overall, just a great Christmas story to sit back and enjoy.
As far as the content, it was profanity free. There were no uses of God's name in vain. I was a little unhappy with the "spa" scene of a girl wrapped in a towel, and also of some of the very short dresses. And while I don't like seeing that anytime, I must admit it was even more annoying to see the wearing very short dresses while outside digging in the snow.
Overall, it was a good movie. My family enjoyed it basically because it was clean, entertaining, and free from a lot of those "tear-jerking" moments that tend to be a part of the Christmas movie genre. I do appreciate Flyby Promotions for the opportunity to review this movie. While there were a few negatives, overall, it was a great movie.

God Bless,
Marcus
