Page by page the story builds. As a parent, it's very easy to tell your kids the story of Noah in your own words while the pictures bring that story to life. The pictures are very vivid, almost jumping off the page. They are colorful, detailed and high quality.
The pages surrounding the flood give kids a good understanding of what it must have been like to have been there. When you get to the pages showing the waters overtaking the towns and people, it's very easy to stop and explain to your kids the consequences of sin. The end of the book shows the beautiful rainbow that God placed in the sky as a promise that He would never flood the earth again.
Overall, I give this book a 5 star rating. My 7 year old loved it. He was mesmerized by the detail of the pictures. It's a good book for families, teachers, and churches to have in their library. I received this book in exchange for my honest review. I received this book from Handlebar Publishing.
